We found Biohotel Leutascherhof through Michelin recommendation and were very positively surprised by the variety of organic cuisine at its traditional restaurant. They serve an open buffet for salad and cold vegetarian appetizers in addition to the delicious evening menu (+ same for breakfast) (+ great organic austrian wine). The spa area is also consistent with their bio principles.
